PE pipes do not add heavy metal salt stabilizers, and the material is non-toxic, scale-free, and does not breed bacteria, avoiding secondary pollution of drinking water. The packaging, transportation, and storage of PE pipe fittings are often overlooked by many manufacturers. In fact, many pipe fittings are damaged due to improper packaging and storage during transportation. What should be paid attention to during packaging, transportation, and storage:
1. Packaging
Pipe packaging is carried out according to the agreement between the two parties; the packaging of pipe fittings can be packaged with multiple pipe fittings or individually to prevent damage and contamination. Under normal circumstances, each packaging box should be filled with pipe fittings of the same variety and specification, and there should be an inner liner bag in the packaging box.
2. Transportation
When transporting pipes, avoid severe impact, throwing, sun exposure or exposure, deformation due to force, dragging, and scratches by sharp hard objects, and avoid pollution from oil and chemicals.
3. Storage
It should be stored in a warehouse with flat ground, good ventilation, dry, clean, and well-fired, away from heat sources, direct sunlight, oil, and chemicals. Pipes should be stacked neatly, with a stacking height not exceeding 1.5m. Storage should be ventilated, not open-air storage, prevent long-term storage, and follow the first-in-first-out principle.
