Working principle

 

The polyurethane buffer uses the special microporous bubble structure of the polyurethane material to absorb energy and buffer. During the impact, it is equivalent to a spring with multiple air bags for damping.

 

Features

 

It is light in weight, cheap in price, easy to repair and replace, has good impact and pressure resistance, good corrosion resistance, no noise and no sparks during the buffering process, and is especially suitable for explosion-proof occasions.

 

Terms of Use

 

A. Conduct regular inspections (at least once per quarter);

B. Use should be avoided under environmental conditions such as low temperature (below 40°C) or high temperature (above 80°C) and humidity (above 85°C);

C. It should not be used under strong acid or alkali environmental conditions;

D. When installing and replacing the buffer, refer to the instruction manual and icons;

H. The buffer should be stored at normal temperature and placed in a ventilated and dry place;

Buffer usage instructions

 

1. Only by using the buffer correctly can the service life of the buffer be ensured and extended. Make sure the buffer is correctly selected.

2. It is prohibited to paint or weld on the buffer.

3. It is prohibited to paint or mark the piston rod. (To prevent oil leakage and reduce the life of the buffer)

4. The buffer is filled with hydraulic oil, which is flammable. Never use near open flames and do not throw into fire. Check the strength of the installation position before use. If the buffer is installed in a place that lacks strength, it will be easily damaged.

5. The following table shows the installation torque of the lock nut. Due to vibration, too loose or too tight locking nut will cause the buffer to be unstable during use.

6. It is forbidden to put the buffer together with corrosive materials such as acids, solvents, emulsified cutting oils, etc., and package them well to avoid contact with dust, steam, etc.

8. When installing the buffer, the impact object should be perpendicular to the axis of the buffer.
