Key position maintenance inspection of pneumatic control valve

Nov 20, 2024

The pneumatic control valve consists of a pneumatic multi-spring diaphragm actuator and a low flow resistance single seat valve. The new actuator is low in height, light in weight, and easy to equip. The new valve body is compact in structure and has a smooth flow channel and a large flow coefficient. The pneumatic control valve has stable operation, reliable action characteristics, small valve seat leakage, precise flow characteristics, wide adjustable range, and other characteristics.

Key position maintenance inspection of pneumatic control valve

1. Valve seat: Due to the infiltration of the medium during operation, the inner surface of the thread used to fix the valve seat is susceptible to corrosion, which makes the valve seat loose;

2. Inner wall of the diaphragm: In the case of high pressure difference and corrosive medium, the inner wall of the valve body and the diaphragm of the diaphragm valve are often impacted and corroded by the medium, and the pressure resistance and corrosion resistance must be checked;

3. Valve core: The valve core is one of the movable parts of the control valve, which is severely eroded by the medium. During maintenance, carefully check whether the various parts of the valve core are corroded and worn. Especially in the case of high pressure difference, the wear of the valve core due to cavitation is more serious. The valve core that is seriously damaged should be replaced; Check the sealing packing: Check whether the packing asbestos rope is dry. If polytetrafluoroethylene packing is used, check whether it is aged and whether its mating surface is damaged;
