The density of UPVC pipes is one-fifth of that of general cast iron pipes, which is convenient for loading and unloading, and uses special adhesive bonding or elastic seal sleeves, which makes installation and construction simple and fast.
6. Temperature performance of water supply pipe.
The applicable temperature range of UPVC pipe for water supply is preferably room temperature. If the temperature is too low, the brittleness will increase, which is not conducive to installation and construction; if the temperature is too high, the tensile strength will decrease and the water pressure resistance will decrease.
7. Good water tightness.
15 minutes after the adhesive is connected, the bonding strength can reach more than 12.5kg/cm², and after 120 minutes, it can reach more than 25kg/cm². After years of use, there will be no significant decrease, and the sealing ring at the joint of the elastic sealing part also has a comparable service life to the UPVC pipe, and there is no concern about aging and leakage.
8. Long service life.
Under normal conditions of use, the effective service life of UPVC pipes exceeds 50 years.
