The working principle of auger
The screw drill converts the energy of high-pressure liquid into mechanical energy through the rotor and stator. When the high-pressure liquid enters the drill through the inner hole of the drill, the valve ball is pushed down and the bypass valve is closed so that it enters the various sealed cavities formed by the rotor and the stator. The pressure difference of the liquid in each cavity pushes the rotor to roll along the spiral channel of the stator. While the rotor rotates along its axis, it also rotates around the center line of the stator, which is parallel to the axis of the rotor and has an offset center distance e. This is the so-called planetary transmission principle of the screw drill. Since both the rotor and the stator use helical lines, the rotor rotates counterclockwise around the axis of the stator and rotates clockwise with its own axis, driving the drill to rotate.
