For glass deformation caused by temperature difference between the middle and edge, if the glass presents a saddle shaped shape, it indicates poor insulation of the furnace body or low temperature setting value at the edge, and the temperature setting value at the edge needs to be adjusted; When the glass appears as the bottom of the pot, if due to thermal history, it is not necessary to stack the glass temporarily, run the furnace empty first to evenly distribute the temperature inside the furnace before loading; If it is a temperature setting problem, it is necessary to adjust the temperature setting parameters to achieve an average temperature distribution in the furnace.
When the glass is bent upwards due to the temperature difference between the upper and lower surfaces, it indicates that the temperature on the upper surface of the glass is high. The upper surface temperature should be reduced, while the lower surface temperature should be appropriately increased to maintain the overall heating temperature of the glass; When the glass is bent downwards, it indicates that the lower surface temperature is higher than the upper surface temperature. It is necessary to reduce the lower surface temperature appropriately while increasing the upper surface temperature. If the yield and quality of tempered products are affected when adjusting the temperature, the heating time should be appropriately extended or reduced, respectively.
In response to random temperature unevenness, it is necessary to promptly inspect the equipment to avoid poor condition. Regularly clean the glass slag around the temperature sensor, so that the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor is the correct furnace temperature. At the same time, avoid stacking multiple furnaces in a unified state when loading.
